Welcome and thank you for visiting my website.   As you can see I am definately drawn towards the human form in all its strength and beauty. Some of my earliest memories of childhood are of drawing people.I remember when I was in fourth grade and I drew a picture of my teacher (which I thought looked exactly like her.) Imagine my dismay when I had to stay after school as punishment!

Although many of my works are of Native Americans I also create landscapes and still life, as well as portraits in other mediums. Being self taught has encouraged me to experiment, though I keep coming back to the human form. And who knows? Maybe someday my teacher will read this and decide she really does want me to draw her portrait!

Nowadays I live in Prescott Arizona with my husband Bill and our two little dogs. There are so many fascinating subjects to draw - I can't wait to get to them all!  If you are ever in Prescott, give me a holler.
